Well. They couldn't really detect it. Say you legitly find, 250 POW mats, and use them on your new HUmar. You would have a huge POW increase. They wouldn't be able to actually detect if this was done legit or not. Short of actually downloading your character and analysing it every time you connected, they can't do anything really. If they did that, they might as well start putting the characters on servers.
