Where is this chat room? Simply go to: http://www.jwirc.com/chat.html and then enter the following:
NICK: Whatever you want.
USER INFO: Also whatever you want.
IRC NETWORK: IRC.QUAKE.NET
PORT: 6667
FONT: Again, up to you.
PASS: Leave blank.
CHANNELS: #ragol.co.uk ... Don't forget the hash sign!
SERVERS GROUP/YOUR SERVER: %Q
