They have a term for people like Sonic4997 over at the Scht boards, actually. 
(my beef with them is the fact that some of them tend to apply it FAR too quickly to people like myself and Whiteninja >_>)
"Everyone has their own sense of legit" - true enough, Sonic. But why would you be ranting about it if you didn't care? Truth is, there are only two absolutes: total, self-hurting legitimacy (like yours, accepting FSOD loss and all that), and total no-holds-barred illegitimacy. Anything in between is a gray area and you either have to accept and enjoy it, or go play something else. End of story.
