I remember starting a theives guild on the Dreamcast v1 PSO. We had to all be black or white Robots and our character names had to have a theme, we would then run around in games and when people died nab their goodies and make for the exit.
That was fun, but we could never keep the items because we felt guilty. We just warped back to the Pioneer and dropped the items there before rejoining.
