While I don't have the time to build this deck for you, I will give some more information about the match:
Ino'lis loves to use the Hildebear's Cane here. This means that all of her techs with it will deal 5 damage. Furthermore, because she sets the rules, her deck is perfectly suited to a 3/3 unshuffle. I suggest you destroy her pattern here. Since you've no Dice+1s, I would suggest using a turn one Dark Gunner to boost your ATK.
Try to get some Dice+1s - stop playing story mode for a while and try the Hunters story, or just play Free Battle.
This is probably the most difficult battle in the game - aside from human opponents. The 2 on 1 is easy compared to this. And I don't really like Molae Venti. I never deleted the deck which I finally managed to beat her with. I can't get to the decklist right now, but here's its basic strategy. I used Hyze.
Turn 1 - Roll 3/3. Play a Dice+1 and Dark Gunner.
Turn 2 - Roll 5/4. Play Morfos. (I have Half Defense to back him up.) The Dark Gunner tends to die pretty soon. Let it, after the Morfos is out.
Turn 3 - Roll 4/4. Play Barble and attack with the Morfos.
The deck then uses Barble to attack and get rid of any defense cards, before hitting with a Punch with the Morfos. The Morfos is defended by Half Defense and the Barble is defended by NA Guard.
You also have one other choice - to attack with SCs. I cannot remember if a Reiz or Endu deck worked here, but either way you want a pair of Pan Arms out. Keep them safe with Dodge (due to the Weak Hit Block) and AB Guard.
