Last I checked, there was no competition among good team players. "Equal" EXP would be a better term.

Finally, when you have 4 strong players, you barely get any EXP. You each kill about 1/4 of the enemies, and few tags. The low EXP is made up for the speed and the rares.
Too legit to quit.
