Yes, but some people aren't crazy about psycho-maxing their stats that early. For you it's just, max-stats-ASAP-and-then-pwn-everything. I dunno man, somehow you must find the monsters' death animations WAY more interesting than I do, because for me seeing more of them really isn't its own reward, you know?

Either way, for the sake of argument, let's say the lv120-130 RAmarl does NOT have access to uber weaponry and tons of power/luck mats like you might be able to get. Or if they did, they might have to split their resources between several *coughthirteencough* characters. But even if they somehow had access to enough legitmate pow/luck mats and uber weaponry for all their characters to then make a maxed-out-at-130 RAmarl feasible, what if they don't want to? For me, half the fun of this game is in the character growth (the other half being the wep hunting, style, etc.), particularly with those "Kefka-Approved" classes who get significantly better after 160. It would bore the hell out of me if I maxed Loaded Die at 130, because where would she GO from there?

With that in mind, remember again that they ARE putting in the same amount of time as you, and the same amount of effort, and the fact that you might have obsessively maxed your character at 130 is no excuse for whoring experience.
