You can't honestly tell me that it's fine to just post something completely ignoring the topic. Like the other thread that you're talking about, some people would just forget about the first post in the thread, and go off with a post that has NOTHING whatso ever to do with the thread's subject. It'd be nice, like with the owl thing, if they'd first comment on the real subject, THEN maybe about something else. But just saying something like, "ZOMG! I'm peeing myself cuz'a an owl!1111", while the thread is about de-bugging doesn't seem right. Do you see where I'm coming from at all?
In other words, a sub-topic calls for a sub-statement. I'm just trying to think logical here.
