it hasn't been released yet. and when it is it would be in the ep4 single player hunters guild.
dont get too excited about this quest though. the way i see it, there are two possible outcomes:
1) Most of the previously near impossible to obtain rares will become incredibly easy to get, which will devalue them to incredibly low extremes. like how the heaven striker, daylight scar, crimson coat etc have all lost their value after the ep4 rate changes.
2) The rares which may drop are incredibly hard to obtain, and wil take a huge amount of runs, and PCs to have a good chance at getting them. thus keeping the value for these "ubers"
