It will work just as it did on Nintendo Gamecube, at least with the offline gameplay.
Can you play it online through Nintendo Wii? I don't know, and no-one will probabily know until the Wii is released. It's one of those picky subjects that no-one really cares to ask anyone else about, because afterall, who'd care about such service? (Apart from everyone here!!!!!!)
The Nintendo Wii will be online all the time, but only by using a new service called NintendoConnect24/7 (Or something like that). Of course, PSO doesn't, because there is no such service atm, and it uses Broadband/Modem Adapters to connect online. This new service goes through Nintendo servers (I think), where as PSO goes straight to SEGA servers via. the adapters. It's because of this i doubt it, but i certainly hope it does work!
