It would still be a terrible weapon.

If by terrible you mean unable to get ridiculous shares of kills, then ok.

I keep mine around mostly for bosses, or just when I'm playing around in some easy area (or when I enter a room late and want to tag a large group on the other side of the room, quickly :S).

Regardless, that doesn't change the fact that it used to be a hell of a lot rarer on BB, but its style value just dropped to next to nothing.

Buuuuuuuut... it's still rare on GC.
