No, he means it's a horrible weapon that serves little purpose. 30 ATA is too low, especially for something that cannot combo, and with that in mind, it's ATP is low too. My sphered Gi Gue Bazooka is not terribly usefull (only on EP2 bosses), and it is stronger than an unsphered Nug.

If you want it just to tag, find a Rafoie tech disk, lv13-15. That would work just as well, if not better, and it does not require endless Mines hunting.

I plan to sphere my NUG, probably when I finish MA, if ever. (Stupid broken quest...) It would only need 7 more to become 90/80/0/90. So I could make it 60/80/0/60, I suppose.

Because of some quests on GC, the value of things has dropped dramatically... Mostly for:
Rainbow Baton
Double Cannon
Heaven Punisher
Snow Queen

But it also applies to many other rare that have just been made exceedingly easy to get by either playing online quests offline (Contradiction, anyone? Who needs Addicting Food when you have Ice Spinner offline? lolq) or by the release of "new quests" (one of which completely shot the previously mentioned items).

Well, I piped my 30h SQ, I didn't pipe my 0/40/0/90/50 R. Baton, and I'm not going to pipe my Heaven Punisher.

I love how you and I call Doomsday on completely different things.
(Coincidentally, I love how you call mine illogical when they have little if anything to do with logic in the first place )

Anyway... with the exception of those "quests" made by... er, let's say "that weirdo who doesn't respect droprates at all..." there really isn't much on GC that really, significantly skews the droprates (with the exception of the one quest you were referring to above). Either way, DDwBP is far worse. x_x
