And slicer with Rifle Range would be soooooooooooo cheap, even for Ep4.
A good way to test the diska range of a particular diska is to go to forest 2 and go to the bridge that has boxes on the other side. Some diskas can target the boxes while other can't.
As for DDwBP there is a cost to play that quest unlike SS which there isn't any. First you have to find the PC then if you can finish the quest solo, the rare weapon choice is random. So in the end if you only have one PC, you can only do the quest once. The PCs pretty much what controls the amount of times you can get that rare item and thus preventing the degradation of the PSO economy to some extent.
SS increased the degradation of the PSO economy much more rapidly then any quest that ST made. The drop rates are so high for some IDs that you can pretty much get a 1/2 drop within 1-3 runs. Sure it is long and it is hard to solo but you can do it anytime with a team to boot. The biggest exception is HP which has a much lower drop rate (1/205) but there is a reason why HP had a drop rate is so low with a rare enemy....
When the wants of an item decrease the supply of the item increases. We have an unlimited amount of a particular item but the amount of new goods is limited. As we collect more of the limited amount of new goods, the amount of new goods decreases. As we start reaching that point, people will want more new goods to keep them satisfied.
