Silly Whiteninja. Maybe he WANTS to use PoL, did you ever think of that?

HUcaseal can actually achieve decent ATA without S-Parts (though they do help a bit). Anyway, my suggestions:

1) Hunt Iritista, as mentioned.
2) See if you can get a Chainsawd with hit% (might help a little) or a RS with hit% to go along with that hitless sawd.
3) Red HG with hit will also help.
4) Lose the vulcans. Get yourself a Justice or Combat with hit%, or a vulcan with some semi-useful special (kings might be half-decent since you're a droid). Leave your blades to do the real damage.
5) If you are doing cmode, go for a S-Twin or an S-Blade (or a twin sword if you do ep2), then put some kind of special on them. Gush might be useful if you ever decide to lose the Chainsawd... Kings might be decent if you wanna level up faster... Demons is a good choice as well. I put Hell on my S-Blade for style and function.
6) Above all, do what you feel like doing. Our bud WN here offered quite a few options having to do with maximum efficiency. I'm offering a few style options which also have decent damage outputs. But you don't have to listen to either of us.
