Has some kind of special use. For instance, Double Sabers can be used on casting FOs to steal TP back while doing almost nothing in terms of damage.

Which is not to say weapons with utility specials can't be powerful, that's just an obvious example.

Anyway, I talked to Kaida (who apparently has used an S-Needle with Chaos before) and he put in a good review for it... so I'm seriously looking at a Chaos Needle now. Big Grin
