It's redundant to argue stuff if you aren't including a FO. A level 130 RA can destroy a 200 anything with 30S/D/J/Z, ie, a FO. Assuming that RA has enough HP to survive big stuff(Epsilon comes to mind, but the only time thats a problem is top of ET in PW4. And you're better off having all team members splitting)

And 63 ATA is insane enough on a RA, I do not understand how people claim to miss with that. Thats over 300 ATA with the fleshie RAs, which, bringers rifle is useful with. Ranger wall just adds 20 more ATA(And that argument stands, since its obtainable on BB, and everyone knows a BB character can destroy a GC one, because of better equipment available). Missing consistently with 332 ATA, well, I do not know what to tell you.
