Forge Wrote:I think that this is a very interesting idea as it merges the two genres of game and literature. Furthermore, it has hearkenings to the early series of the game by giving it a story. Just how close do you stay to the crossover and veer from Phantasy Star?
I change slightly from PS(O), I mostly try to keep 'true' to the storyline, even if the other serie is more dominant.
My story 'Lightsabers and Brands', a Star Wars Crossover, for instance uses characters from PSO ep 1 but more skilled.
My character Shawn 'Inferno' Flame has the ability to discharge a massive fireattack, at the cost of more TP.
I thought that the seven year journey must have brought a little more then Foie lvl 1 and a three-step attack.
Like-wise my Harry Potter crossover, 'Magical Photon', uses Shawn somewhere in Ep3.
He is a hunter who can use every type of weapon, but never had the need to do so.
Can wield 200 items (gift for beating ep 2).
He is a double-spy, for both Arkz and Hunters.
In LS-B he is sure of himself but not too. and he sees Anakin as a son.
In MP he is one of the best and is less dependent of a 'Wand' althrough he will use the PSO kind.
Agewise he's 30+ hunter in the body of an Eleven year old.
Now that's brainwashing!

I also experimented on how I wrote Dark fics, Red Ring Rico is the result.
I've posted it on this site also.

One of the problems has to do with the speed of light and the difficulties involved in trying to exceed it. You can't. Nothing travels faster than the speed of light with the possible exception of bad news, which obeys its own special law - H2G2
