how much ATP does lvl 30 shifta raise?

my HUmar uses constantly shifta lvl 15 since he has that capability, on vhard combined with a good gun it is 1 hit kill on any criature (hard atack)and on ultimate the damage is so high that i have difficulty in calculating the damage with lvl 30 shifta.
so i ask, how much does it raise? so i can see how much damage i would do online with a force on my side.
