There was some discussion going on about this a while back, but I think it was generally inconclusive and people were thinking that PSU might be region based for the XBOX360.
Anyway, people selling the title on eBay on a number of occasions now have confirmed that the game is region free for the XBOX 360! One such seller is VGP, or VG+ (Video Games Plus). This means you don't need a Pal copy of the game to play on your European 360 console.

Anyway... If you want to mess around on the single player mode(s) of PSU before the Guardians Lisence becomes available for you in the UK, you may as well import.
Since this wasn't in the news section, I thought I'd put it up here. It seems important enough that people should be able to find this information easily on these forums without wading through old topics for hours on end.
