At around 00:05 GMT this morning a strange sound across Europe could be heard. This sound turned out to be the rejoicing of many hopeful Xbox360 players at the news that after a month long wait they can finally enter a whole new online universe. It is my pleasure to report that the Guardian License for the PAL Xbox360 version of Phantasy Star Universe is now available for purchase.<br><br><b>Please note</b> that currently it seems that the license is not listing on the Marketplace itself hopefully this will be resolved shortly. But you can purchase the license via the direct prompt in-game when you select Xbox Live at the main title screen.<br><br>It is my distinct pleasure on behalf of the PSUniverse.net team to welcome everyone to a whole new universe...
