Yeah, Meseta seems the only obvious one. That's as far as I can tell by looking.
Seems reliable enough, and 30 weeks seems a decent amount of time, but is this the data collected from all the player in the game, a group of players, one area/world or the whole Star System? Is the Luck referring to the Star beside your name thing or your Luck stat? (You can tell I have neither experience in PSU nor the ability to read the column of Japanese.

p.s. Does luck affect critical hits the same way as for PSO?
