Yeah. But in the US and the UK, it isn't that big of a deal. Anyway, the UK always seems to be stiffed as regards online services, so it's to be expected. Although as for damaging what isn't real, some hacks can damage the actual hardware, can't they? So that I believe WOULD be grounds for legal action. Sega can show a small loss of business, because some people would stop their guardian licences if they were hacked continually, but again, it wouldn't be a very big loss. So the figures would show only a marginal loss, most likely covered up by an influx of new users.
