History has shown us that customer service and customer feedback simply don't exist in the magical Sega of not Japan land. XD *still remembers her incident with 102 errors on PSO* And that was their fault too... their stupid network coding patch on PSO+ caused me not to connect to the official servers properly. Despite 6 phone calls and 2 e-mails... they didn't even get anywhere close to the source of the problem... they just kept feeding me the same useless garbage.
