I think it's stupid when people just use it as any comeback. For example, someone would say this in a conversation:

"You're stupid!"
"Well Your face!"
Well your Mom!"

And then finally:
"Shutup! Stupid NOOB!!!"

That is a typical fight at school. . . Tongue
