Clumsy would never allow that, i offered my help before and he banned me. some egotistical prick with a false god complex. it'd actually be realitively easy to fix. Either company could do it, sega, or microsoft, sega could fix it from their end, or microsoft from theirs. It deals with a mistake with WMC on the 360. Main reason its possible.
