There are others who play, but just not anymore/right now. 
For Arkz, I'd pick Lura, because she has ariel assassin and that awesome fixed range. Use Fly card and simply shoot everything down! (I like Break too, but that's really just because I like FOmar class.
He has good HP and quite decent stats, though. I didn't really like his storyline.)
