Such a thing would only work on Version 2 due to how the percentages work on there... I'm not entirely sure how it works, but I believe it increases your overall attack power by the percentage, whereas in the GCN and Blue Burst, it merely increases the actual weapon's attack power by the percentage... which results in much smaller numbers. This makes perfect sense if you compare the difficulty level of both game's "Ultimate" difficulty. It's just psycho on version 2. XD
