Unless you want to pay ridiculous amounts of (most likely) regressive tax for doing something you cannot avoid (driving place), sign this.
And the other thing is, if this goes on to become law, not only will we have to pay for this, but the government will be able to see exactly where you are at any given time you are in your car. Privacy? lol.
