But no MMO can really give the customer what they want, unless they employ the staff equal to the number of players. Which'd be kerazy.

Well, the EU branch do their job spiffingly, despite only releasing 3 copies of Ep 1&2 in england.
The customer service is there, whether you can see it or not. ;]
They're holding your character data for free for 60 days, are they not? and letting players play for free on the demo? =P
