The customer service is useless. When people need tech support it's not there. I called in 6 times... SIX TIMES about a problem that was being caused by them, and not a single time did I get a straight answer... I send them e-mails they sent me a templated e-mail as a reply. All they looked at was the error number I reported, not my actual problem. I e-mail back saying that what they sent me had nothing to do with the problem... they send me the SAME e-mail back with maybe ten words altered.
They could do far better from a customer service perspective... far... far better.
