Ok, I only thought it was Shino because I couldn't think of anyone else that Zoke would know.
Play Zoke's quest, Seek My Master, to find out about Shino. Shino the RAcaseal is the Miyama family's servant. She has been serving them for three generations. She's a very loyal android. In that quest, she goes to search for Zoke, who was exploring Ruins. He was killed by monsters, and just before he died, he set Shino free.
It is mentioned that Nef is Zoke's father in PSO, but it's part of a download quest for Episode II. The quest is called "Blue Star Memories" and it's about Nef Miyama asking you to help his two apprentices (Break and Orland). They are also story characters in Episode III, and you get to find out a bit more about them, as nomercy correctly states. One of the characters in EpIII also has a connection to Flowen... (Personally I don't think the Nef Miyama story is very well linked to the Episode I story. They never mention him in Ep I. Nef's like a bad excuse for a sequel. I wouldn't worry much about him to understand more about Zoke.)
