I readed in the PSU Official Site about this event. The problem is that they gives the hour of the event in PST (Pacific Standard Time), and I haven't any idea about how to know wich time is in GMT.
Can anyone help me? I have been searching information about it, and I found information about PST, but no about hour difference between PST and GMT.
