Unlisted MAG, maybe a hack?

So i've been researching materials to make my final steady character for PSO and i was recently looking through some MAG galleries on a diferent website (i was there until i realized it failed in comparison to this fine estaplishment) and i saw a MAG called Elanor, i thought it looked swell so i did some digging on it and found bits and pieces that hinted to it but nothing concrete, so i was wondering if anyone could shed light on this, and sorry if i posted the thread in a different place it should have been.
