Of course it can't kill a boss, that would be ridiculous! 
Instead it takes off 1/4 of their current (not maximum) HP. Well it's better than doing nothing at all!
It just hovers up, it can't realls swim like Estilla since it's all undead and made of some metal drenched in blood. It then emits a nice red lightning-glow throughout the entire room!
... I'll think about that evil dolphin laugh
Maybe I should say if you're silly enough to use it in a boss it prevents resurrection on yourself XD
