It does drop. Numerous people have gotten them, it's just not a particularly useful armour. It sacrifices HUGE defense ratings just to let you see traps... and at level 141, since when are traps all that deadly anyways? Tongue

Either way, it does drop. Oran Mil Lilies are by far the easiest to get them from, the other drops are just a wee bit difficult. Tongue
