I had a long conversation about this benefits etc. with Kashima. If you remove funding for the underpriviledged, they won't even have a shot in life. At least the way it is now most of these youths grow up to be fairly experienced people. You think full grown men mug people as much as idle youth groups? wrong. Once they grow up even if they don't turn into someone I'd liek they seem to sort themselves out to some extent. And also the way it is now, at least some of them have a chance to see their folly and have a path to rise above it should they choose to.
If you removed everything, they'd still multiply like rabbits. They'd be even more pissed off, and have no hope at all. There would probably be anarchy in the streets!
And if you killed one of them a pack of 50 would shortly arrive at your doorstep
You can never profit through violence.
Oh and God, when I ramble my anger is directed at the various movements of violence, repression or stupidity which roam rampantly upon our shaded world.
