[SIZE="2"][COLOR="DeepSkyBlue"]I know there are legal ways to get out of killing, such as if you kill someone in defense and there is no other way, or by defending someone else whose life is threatened.

And I think whenever you kill someone to stop them from commiting a serious crime, such as rape or burglary, I think.

I need some legal reasons for justifiing homicide for this class of mine, then after I get a list of justifications, then I am going to make a poll and see which ways you guys think should be legal and which shouldn't be legal, but it is hard to find a list of justifications, so if anyone knows actual legal justifications, let me know?

Now that aside, I agree with the vasst majority, it should not be justifiable, except in certain cases such as self defense.

So if someone could find a site that will tell me, or if anyone knows anything about it or such, just post it here please.[/COLOR][/SIZE]
