weird, this happened to me in a game b4, but it was more extreme, i could open the command window with the (`) button but i could only chat through that, i couldnt move my mouse, and my keyboard didnt respond, my friend had the same problem with the same game, and once he patched it it was fine, but not the same story for me T.T i had to quit THAT game to, but good luck to you Smile first try patching, then try reinsalling, if that doesnt work, find updates for your mouse and keyboard, and do a windows update
