Can normal people become moderaters of pso?

I suppose that you guys do do a lot of work around this place, also i do not whan to get frozen or anything but i am very curious, are we alowed to talk to sol or is it only members that are allowed to talk to him, and if so why is that.
PS. i would rather hear this from sol if he is listening. |
