Yesterday:
For time...
- 800m run
- 50 pull-ups
- 100 push-ups
- 150 squats
- 800m run
Time: 38:21
Notes: Owned, terribly. I was hoping for more like 30:00. Made it feel all the better to finish.
Today:
Max Effort: Deadlifts, 1-1-1-1-1
Loads: 265, 270, 275, 280(Old Personal Record; Failed), 280(Failed)
Notes: Only 2.5 minutes rest between lifts; not enough, was pressed for time.
I also purchased a canvas duffel bag that I'll fill with 100 pounds of sand once it comes in. Cost $18, will be here by Sept. 6th. The 100 pounds of sand cost about $6. Cheapest workout equipment ever.
