3 rounds for time, with 1:00 rest between each exercise...
- 15 push-press, 65#
- 10 kipping pull-ups
- 15 dumbbell swings, 40#
Time: 17:25 total; 8:00 rest, 9:25 working
More of a muscle fatigue than "Wow, I can hardly breathe" fatigue from this one.
