I can see you two aren't versed in online play...
Give Finder: The items you pick up go to whoever picks them up.
Give Random: Gives the item to a random player in your team.
Set Order: Items go in order. So player one gets the first item, player two the second, etc.
This goes for ALL items, not just rares, unless you set the rares to Give Finder.
