Few days ago...
21-15-9 reps for time:
- deadlift 185#
- ring dips
Time: 16:57 (Old time: 18:36)
I could still use some major form improvement though.
Today...
All done with a 65# bar, for time...
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 shoulder presses]
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 push-presses]
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 push-jerks]
- 10x[6 lunges followed by 3 overhead squats]
Time: 29:53
That is, a total of 240 lunges, 30 SP, 30 PP, 30 PJ, 30 OHS.
I have no idea what I was thinking.
