It had a total of 105 deadlifts (picking up a bar from the ground and standing) weighing 135 pounds, 75 burpees (a push-up, squat, and jump combination), and 45 shoulder presses (press weight from shoulders to overhead) with dumbbells totaling 40 pounds.
All of this for the fastest time possible.
Too legit to quit.
