EDIT:
Did some piping in the room with 3 rappies in forest 1, the one where you begin, after 80 pipes or so, a blue rappy apeared, i waited, hited him and there it was a blue box, the item was:
REGENERATE GEAR

the piping paid off for the 1st time.......
not bad, 2 new items in 3 days.....
