both stones along with the black blue stone, are obtainable online, the only things that arent are things like PGF and PCD, PCD being in gallon shop, anything in gallon shop is online only UNLESS you know a person that played online and they give you the data for the quests, i dont wanna hunt one now, but hey, the rocks are pretty easy to get
