Waaak, it's been a while. ^^;;;
Lots of methods for defeating her, and it really depends on which cards you have at this point. Techs are good. Could use guard creatures and lots of defense cards, like Guard. Split Boost is always good for melee; Dice +1 is useful if you have one.
In your case, I wouldn't recommend for the SC Endu to get up close to her, so have him at the back and leave it to his creatures. With Castor, at a low card level, block her into a corner with cheap monsters and wear her down. That's what I did, so try that.
