Opa Opa mag cell, as you see it needs more then 100 mind to be aplied, but that's on ver.2

lvl +100 mag is enough, don't what was the intention in the mag database, but if the database was made for gc mags then the correct info is the one in the 2nd link. (verified by the GC players at schthack)

I tried sending a PM, but i got one of those weird messages and the PM could not be sent.
