They won't be anywhere near as small as that man, most game DEMOs are more than 500mb, full games are usually a couple of GBs or more. :O
I do agree though, a few of the ideas are stolen from the Wii (avatars) and the PS3 (HDD ripping) but it just adds more to the superior Xbox Live. Neither of the other consoles come close to the current Xbox Live in the online department, so adding a few "similar" ideas can't hurt that much.
Should be good.
