I heard you can only visit Gallons SHop if you're online to trade for weapons...

Yeah Gallons Shop is only online, sooo its going to be hard looking for addslots. The other thing you can do is just buy the store armor, they sometime got 4 stots armor there.

So you should save those addslots for a good and rare armor. When you get to Ult you should have about 4 or more addslots.
